The spring schedule runs until 7 July 2017 (for an overview scroll down the page). Between 8-23 July 2017 we’re exceptionally closed and from 24 July to 13 August we run a special summer schedule before the regular (autumn) schedule resumes on 14 August 2017. The first Sunday every month Mysore class is replaced by a guided primary series class. All levels are welcome but the class is not suitable for complete beginners. After each guided class Isabella will hold a 30min Q&A session to discuss a selected topic and answer any yoga related questions. The last guided class before the summer holiday is on 2 July.

You have access to the studio and may begin your practice 15 minutes before class. In Mysore classes the opening chant is held about 15 minutes into the class. Last admissions are 75 minutes before the end but please start your finishing sequence at latest with 20 minutes to go.
